How to exercise

It is suggested that you do the prescribed exercises three times each week, with a rest day between.

You can divide the exercises up. They do not all have to be done at the same time.

Between each set of exercises take three deep breaths or more.

You may feel a bit stiff after you first start to exercise. This is quite normal. It is because you are using muscles you don't normally use. This should go away after your first week.

It is important that you keep on exercising. The stiffness will leave as your body becomes more familiar with the exercise.

Remember, your body is like a machine, if you look after the parts and oil them daily then they will work for you, if you put the right fuel in, then you may have more energy.
