The HAMP exercise program

A HAMP booklet of information will be supplied to all participants upon registration and will include the following components:

1. Flexibility exercises
2. Strengthening exercises
3. Balance exercises
4. Walking

The benefits of HAMP include:

- An individual program tailored to your needs
- Motivation and information coaching provided via telephone
- Information about the value of physical activity in daily life and related health issues such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease and depression
